Coconut oil has become a hit. It is used by celebrities around the world. They drink it, use it in cooking and cosmetics.
As a food it has delicious flavor, it helps to eliminate yeast, bacteria and viruses, very easy to digest, has no cholesterol, helps, with hypoglycemia and has a great thermal stability.
It is obtained by processing the white pulp of ripe coconuts. Virgin coconut oil must be produced from a fresh pulp that is then pressed until a thick coconut milk comes out. There are many methods how to separate milk from oil, but to get the best quality oil is the one that is centrifuge extracted because this oil is not cooked in any way, it keeps all of its nutrition. It contains only the original, unaltered form of triglyceride fats that are easily absorbed.
Coconut oil is unique in nature because it is composed of saturated fats. This is the reason why it was easy in the past to mark it as unhealthy. Today there are hundreds of studies that prove the opposite.
